The Hall Facilities
The hall was built in 1935, by villagers, and has been serving the community of Birchanger ever since. There was a major upgrade in 2014, with the meeting room added, along with a kitchen, prep room, and toilets, including disabled toilets.
The hall has fantastic facilities for the many community groups that hire it – a sprung floor, a stage with back access, stage lighting, and tables and chairs that can accommodate 120 people.
The meeting room has separate access, and can be used either with or without the hall. It has access to the fully-equipped kitchen, which can cater for 100 covers. It is light and airy, and was redecorated in 2021. A book exchange scheme runs on an ongoing basis.

There are good parking facilities outside, with spaces for 30 cars.
